Hydraulic Pressure Relief Valves

Proportional Pressure Valves are most commonly utilized in hydraulic systems and are required to limit the pressure allowing set limit to be adjusted with the help of electronic control. They work on the principle of proportional solenoid operation having wide range of hydraulic flow capacity. Excessive flow in these valves returns to the reservoir tank during pressure relieving in order to improve machines efficiency and productivity.

Proportional Pressure Relief Valves are comprised of a spring which provides desired set pressure, cap for easy adjustment, lock nut, label for identifying set pressure range, quad seal, O-ring, and end connection. They are the type of automatic valves that open gradually when the pressure in the system increases to maintain only required amount of pressure. These are known to have excellent chemical resistance, sturdy structure, and ability to withstand high pressure situations.
